Meet Rickson Dsouza

RICKSON DSOUZA is the founder of Successio Global, a Dubai-based succession advisory firm serving high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. With over twenty-five years of experience, Rickson is a Life Insurance Advisor specialising in legacy and succession planning. He is a 23-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a 19-year Court of the Table (COT) qualifier, and has achieved Top of the Table (TOT) status for 18 consecutive years since 2009.

He is also the founder of Successio Academy, home of The Advisors Growth Program (TAGP), which equips financial advisors to build structured, purpose-driven practices that fuel exponential growth. A two-time Marathon des Sables finisher – a gruelling 250 km ultramarathon across the Sahara Desert, and an Ironman-distance athlete, Rickson’s mission is to inspire people to live at their full potential.
